We have non contact deliveries available and we can now offer a collection service Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays!

Do you do refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, on some special occasions a credit note can be issued or replacement flowers sent.
Do you have parking?
Both of our branches have single yellow lines outside where you can “load” for a maximum of 10 minutes. It is advisable to leave someone in the car whilst you pop in. The Chislehurst branch has several car parks nearby. Sidcup has nearby parking bays.
What time do you open?
Sidcup and Chislehurst both open Monday - Sat : 8:30am - 5:50pm (extended hours at peak times)
Chislehurst open sundays 10am - 2pm
What happens if no one is to receive my delivery?
We try our best to leave your flowers in a safe location if requested. If not we can leave with neighbours. last resort, we will take them back to the shop and rearrange delivery.
What if I’m not happy with my flowers?
We doubt this will ever be the case but if so please call one of our branches within 24 hours to discuss further.
Do you do international delivery?
We can delivery flowers nationwide but unfortunately we don’t delivery out of the country.
I’ve left a message and no one has replied. What do i do?
If you have emailed us, please send it again. If you have called and left a message, please call again as we may have missed it. We apologies, sometimes things get lost!

How do i get a receipt?
You will receive an email confirmation once you’ve ordered online, if you order over the phone we can send you a receipt on request.
