Supervised by British Parachuting Association instructors, your ground training is rigorous and you must be physically fit. This course is usually run over 2 days and includes fitness testing followed by intensive parachuting and landing training by a BPA instructor as part of a small group,
One static line jump from 3,000 feet using a modern hi-tech steerable square canopy parachute for optimum descent control and a softer landing,
